Study Abroad: Student Reports

Correcting Study Abroad Numbers

Student Counts are too low, I need to add students.

Below are some reasons the counts might be too low:

  • Students with multiple majors. These students will only be reported under their primary major as found in their official Purdue record. To add this student they would need to change their primary major.

  • Students who participated in a department-led program.

    • If your department-led program is listed, but your students are not, simply have the student click on Online Application and enter themselves to the program. If the term is in the past, that student should select an available term and email the office to explain their situation so they can be posted to a past term.

    • If your department-led program is not listed, click here for directions on how to add your program. Once your program has been added, follow the above step to add students.

  • For any other exception please contact the Office of Programs for Study Abroad, StudyAbroad@purdue.edu.

Student Counts are too high, I need to remove students.

Below are some reasons the counts might be too low:

  • Student withdrew from a study abroad program and should not be counted.

    • If the student withdrew from a department-led program, that program's leader should log in to the program management page and mark the student withdrawn.

    • If the student withdrew from a program administered through the Office of Programs for Study Abroad, please contact them to inform them of the situation at StudyAbroad@purdue.edu.
