The International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience, IAESTE, is a paid work abroad exchange program with locations throughout the world. The Placement Program matches U.S. university students majoring in technical fields with paid internships abroad. Students enrolled in a technical field of study (i.e. engineering, computer science, architecture, mathematics, natural and physical sciences, or agricultural sciences) can participate.

Each year IAESTE awards scholarships to participants in the program to offset travel costs.
