Program Description
This program is FULL for Spring Break 2017

 This course will focus on the agriculture and food systems of Italy. Learn about Italian culture, history and food processing while visiting Parma, Florence and Rome. Students will tour a balsamic vinegar, cheese and cured ham factory. Students will earn one credit hour for this course.
