| Program Description |
Cost estimate: $2,550 This course will focus on the Agriculture and Food Systems of Italy. Students will tour a pasta factory, wineries, vineyards, and Italian farms. Visit Milan, Florence, and Rome in addition to learning about Italian culture, history, and food processing. Students will earn one credit hour for this course.
