The programs is a combination of Paris, France---Munich, German and Vienna Austria. Students will fly out of thier chosen location and meet in Paris on June 26th 2010. We will have a recommended flight that students will pay for on thier own but students are free to arrange thier own flights. We will than spend the first 5 days in Paris, visiting the well known landmarks and exploring Paris in addition to traveling up to the north of France for one day to visit the famous battlefields of Normandy. The second part of the trip will entail and overnight train right from Paris to Munich. We will spend 3 days in Munich visiting the famous castle that is the inspiration for the Disney castle and also Dacau which was one of the most notorious concentration camps during world war 2. Lastly we will take the train to Vienna. We will spend about 4 weeks in Vienna based in apartments. We will be using the facilities at Modul University and teaching one class on thier campus and the other class will be offered as we tour. In addition students will be able to earn an additional 3 credit hours as an independent study. Therefore students can earn up to 9 hours. During our time in Vienna students will have two 3 days weekends and one 4 day free weekend in which we will make recommendations of places to explore. Vienna is 3 hours from Budapest, Hungary and 3 hours from Prague the Czech Republic and 5 hours from Venica, Italy. The cost of these optional trips will be the student. The trip will end on the last day of July.
