Germany (MUAS and Uni-Stutt) Pre-Departure Meeting

3:30 PM - 5:30 PM

This is a mandatory meeting for students who will participate in the Munich University of Applied Sciences Summer Engineering for Sustainability and Stuttgart Summer University programs during the Summer 2017 term. Attendees will receive valuable information from returned and exchange student mentors.

Do not miss this meeting! There will be no make-up session. Unless you have a class or an exam, do not schedule anything for this date and time.  Make arrangements to swap work hours with a colleague or reschedule non-essential tasks, meetings and activities.

If you have a class, let April know if she has to write an excuse letter to your professor, instructor or TA.

Refreshments will be served.

Managing Your Money While Studying Aroad

It’s no secret that studying abroad can be one of the best college experiences you can have.  But often, in all the excitement leading up to and during your time abroad, one aspect of the trip is overlooked: how to manage your money while in a foreign country.  Even minor financial details can cause a major headache in a strange new country if you don't know what to expect or what to do.

In this workshop, I will be discussing the things you can do and options to consider when it comes to your personal finances while studying abroad.
