Intercultural Effectiveness Session

This is a mandatory meeting for all students who will study abroad in the Fall 2016 semester, AY 2016-2017 and Summer 2016. Cultural awareness is a necessary tool to live and work competently in today’s interconnected world. This one & a half hour Study Abroad Intercultural Effectiveness Workshop’s objectives are to increase students’ understanding and awareness of cultural differences, and to provide a set of essential skills that will enhance global competencies and effectiveness. We aim to accomplish these via discussions, group activities, and thought experiments.
