DeVos Study Abroad Scholarship

Doug DeVos has served as president of Amway since 2002. He oversees daily operations of the company and shares the office of the chief executive with chairman Steve Van Andel. Doug is the youngest son of Amway co-founder Richard DeVos, who, with Steve's father Jay, started Amway in 1959. Doug, who joined Amway in 1986, previously served in various leadership positions with the company in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. He has served on the Krannert Dean's Advisory Council and the Krannert Global Strategic Advisory Council.

  • Scholarships range between $250-$1000 (length of study abroad program will impact scholarship amount)
  • Krannert students only
  • Requirements: 3.0 or higher GPA, essay questions, leadership experience, and personal recommendation
  • Application deadlines:
    • February 1st for Summer study abroad programs
    • April 1st for Fall study abroad programs
    • October 1st for Spring study abroad programs (including semester or spring break programs)
