ME 35400 Machine Design I in Prague and Krakow is the same course taught on Purdue's campus. Prof. Jitesh Panchal will be leading this course along with a TA.
More information on the itinerary will be coming soon. Classes will be held on weekdays leaving evenings and weekends free for exploration.
Earn 3 credits for ME 35400 Machine Design I.
Open to any student who has this course in their plan of study. ME 323 and ME 274 are prerequisites and must be completed prior to departure. All students must check with their academic advisor to be sure this course fits into their plan of study. Students must be in good standing with the university.
No students on Academic Notice will be considered.
Students pursuing program participation accept financial responsibility. Purdue will take measures to mitigate financial risks, although will not be liable for loss.
Estimated cost is: $6,500- Program price will include: Housing, 3 academic credits, transportation passes in Prague and Krakow, all cultural excursions listed on the itinerary, welcome and farewell meals, transfer from Krakow to Prague, and international health insurance. Breakfast provided when in hotels, when in the Aparthotel, a kitchen is available in rooms.
Additional costs: Airfare, meals, travel documents, personal spending money, and personal activities.
