TU Braunschweig provides its students with outstanding conditions for forward-looking research and teaching in 124 institutes and departments. The academic core disciplines of engineering and natural sciences are closely linked to economics, social sciences, the humanities and education. Students benefit from the proximity of first-rate external research institutions in the region and from a wide range of cooperation agreements with industry. These provide the chance to participate in current research projects through seminar papers, dissertations and doctoral theses.

Due to the supervision involved, the number of places is extremely restricted.  Participating students gain intercultural competence during their research internships and experience student life at a German university.

Applicants need to be at least juniors majoring in AAE at the time of application.

This is a selective and competitive program. Initial screening of the candidates will be conducted by the Office of Professional Practice. Students should submit a resume, cover letter, and electronic transcript to the Assistant Director for Global Professional Practice, Joe Tort ( ).  Students approved by the Office of Professional Practice will be prompted to complete the Study Abroad Application.
