Overview

DIS-Stockholm's program is located in Stockholm's beautiful Östermalm neighborhood, steps from several Swedish universities, the national Olympic stadium, a metro (T-bana) station, and the Royal National City Park.

Stockholm is the hub for politics, industry, fashion, and research in Sweden. With 14 islands making up the city, each day brings a new adventure. Explore the bustling metropolis of central Stockholm. Meet friends for an afternoon fika at a quaint café in Gamla Stan. Pack a picnic, and join other locals basking in the sun at your favorite overlook on the water.

The programs within Health, Science and Engineering are:

  • Public Health
  • Psychology
  • Neuroscience
  • Medical Practice & Policy
  • Engineering (BME & EEE)

Participants will round out the rest of their schedule from a large selection of "elective courses."
