The beautiful campus of Perrotis College located in Thessaloniki, Greece is a part of the American Farm School. Perrotis College offers three fields of study; agricultural and environmental science, food science and technology, ag and food business management. Students engage in hands on activities as learning through doing is integrated and practiced through the education system. The campus has grown to 280 acres since its beginning in 1904. Part of the campus is an educational farm including olive trees, poultry, vineyards, greenhouses along with other crops and livestock. Students stay at the residence hall and eat at the dining facility located on campus.

Students can study at Perrotis College during the 12-week term during the Fall or Spring semester. Students are required to register for a Greek Cultural Experience course for 3 credits. The other courses are chosen by interest.

Students can also study at Perrotis College during the summer. During this six week program in late May until the end of June, students earn 6 credits. A Greek Cultural Experience course is offered to be immersed into the culture. Students are able to choose between a research internship or work internship or wine business intensive course. During the research internship students will work in a laboratory or educational farm/field with a research supervisor. The work internship involves working within the educational farm unit of either dairy, poultry, horticulture or dairy processing laboratory. The wine business course focuses on viticulture in Greece looking at ancient local tradition to modern international industry. A trip to Athens, hiking Mount Olympus, sailing around Halkidiki are excursions offered during this summer program. Other universities involved in this program include Texas A&M, WPI, Lincoln University, Georgia University, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Iowa State University.
