Designed for students from all academic backgrounds, the Palma de Mallorca offers students interested in business, tourism, and Spanish culture and traditions a unique opportunity to live and learn abroad. Home to stunning scenery, unique Mediterranean cuisine, and near-constant sunshine, Palma de Mallorca is a top European tourist destination.

Stunning scenery and sunny skies make Palma de Mallorca an idyllic location to explore the balance between tourism and sustainable development and the cuisine and wine of the Mediterranean. Outside the classroom, students will have ample opportunities to explore the city's wine industry, taste authentic Mediterranean dishes, and learn how business, hospitality, and environmental sustainability are impacted by tourism. All courses are complemented with immersive co-curricular activities, company visits, and hands-on workshops designed to enhance classroom learning and develop intercultural understanding.

All students take Mediterranean Cuisine in Spain: Cooking and Wine Tasting and Tourism & Sustainable Development in Europe.
