Program Description

MGMT 390 - Doing Business in Brazil

This project based course is a great way for Krannert students to engage in a special global experience. Krannert students will work together to create solutions for a multinational company in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The intention is not only to be involved in a unique study abroad program but also to connect with international students and businesses to network and form personal and professional connections.

Groups will be expected to work independently outside of the program scheduled hours. The remote portion of this program will be monitored by the Krannert program leader as well as our on site partners, Campus B. Campus B will host and mediate speakers, break out rooms, run ice - breakers etc. They will also host a remote pre departure orientation.

Academic Credit

MGMT 390 - Cultural Competency / International Elective - 3 credits



Course open to all PWL students who meet any prerequisites, are in good academic standing and meet the minimum 2.5 GPA requirement.

Program Cost

Students pursuing program participation accept financial responsibility. Purdue will take measures to mitigate financial risks, although will not be liable for loss.

Estimated cost: $3200 (cost does not include airfare or personal spending)
