Overview
The iSummerMx Program in Global Business is an innovative, experiential learning academic option designed for International students who love traveling and learning about new cultures while visiting different Tec de Monterrey campuses in different cities, including: Mexico City, Puebla, Monterrey and Queretaro.
The program is enriched with special activities such as field trips, company visits, and networking events that will make their experience unforgettable, creating everlasting memories, exercising their intellectual curiosity, and developing entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership skills in a multicultural setting.

Eligibility
The program is open to Purdue students in good standing who have completed at least two semesters of university study by the start of the program. Successful candidates will demonstrate academic success, maturity, and a desire to experience another culture.

Academic Program
Identify business opportunities in international markets and develop value proposals to help enterprises thrive in a specific international context. Students travel to Mexico City, Puebla, Queretaro, and Monterrey and take:
- International Business Opportunities (3 credits)
- Marketing Insight to Develop Strategies (3 credits)

Students pursuing program participation accept financial responsibility. Purdue will take measures to mitigate financial risks, although will not be liable for loss. Students should carefully note what costs need to be paid to Purdue University or to a co-sponsor or agency, and what costs need to be paid at the overseas study location. This will vary by program. The Program Fee includes: housing, transportation for program activities, airport pickup, breakfast six days a week, program activities, and health insurance.
