"Being part of this study abroad program has profoundly influenced my perspective on life and future plans. While living in a metropolitan area has exposed me to various cultures, my experiences in Peru and Chile have deepened my appreciation for cultures I wasn't previously familiar with. I now have a newfound respect for these diverse perspectives. I am eager to apply the knowledge and experiences I've gained to immerse myself socially and culturally in different environment." -Alexis Kindred, Mechanical Engineering Technology

"This program has taught me not to judge people of different ethnicities and languages. As a result, it has shown me that, as an introvert, I can be outgoing and excited to see the world. I have learned that there are many ways of understanding people from different cultures and taking every opportunity to live life to the fullest because, if we hide inside too much, we might miss seeing the beauty of the world. I wish the best to those embarking on a new journey, whether it be going abroad for the first time or starting a new career."
