This unique study abroad experience combines 12 credits of academic learning, professional training and an immersive cultural experience over a 6-month period (mid-May through November) at one of several five-star luxury hotels located in China.

This program is financially sponsored by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and other Purdue corporate partners. The corporate sponsorships pay for most of the program expenses including international airfare, room and board, stipends and other benefits.

Program Cost

Students pursuing program participation accept financial responsibility. Purdue will take measures to mitigate financial risks, although will not be liable for loss.

Estimated Program Fee: $10,860 including tuition, international airfare, and room and board.

Participants may be eligible for a Purdue University study abroad scholarship.
