Overview
Queensland University of Technology (QUT), is one of Australia's largest universities offering courses in almost every professional discipline. Of the 30,000 students enrolled, 2,000 are international. Queensland, which is twice the size of Texas, occupies the north-east corner of the Australian continent. The northern half of the state is tropical with winters that are appealingly warm. Off the north Queensland coast lies one of the seven wonders of the world, The Great Barrier Reef. Brisbane, with a population of 1.5 million, is the state capital and is situated in the south-east corner of the state.

Eligibility
The program is open to Purdue students in good standing who have completed at least two semesters of university study by the start of the program. Successful candidates will demonstrate academic success, maturity, and a desire to experience another culture.
