Program Description

This online application is now closed as we have received an abundance of interest.

Learn about Irish culture, history, food processing,agribusiness, and farming while visiting the sights of Ireland. Students will tour dairy, beef and grain farms. Visits to the Cliffs of Moher, Blarney Stone, KylemoreAbbey, Kilkenny Castle and sights in Dublin are on the agenda. St. Patrick’s Day will be spent in Ireland. This course is offered in cooperation with University College Dublin. Students will earn one credit hour for this course.
