Program Description

Enjoy a 3-week experience in the heart of Italy’s Tuscany and earn 6 credits!! Students will live, study and learn in picturesque Siena, Italy. Special excursions include trips to see how those cultural icons pasta and cheese are made, a winery tour and tasting.  We are also looking into cooking class, and visit Florence art museums. Siena is conveniently located an hour away from Florence and 2.5 hours from Rome.

In order to minimize the amount of time spent in the classroom while in Italy, the theories and content portion of the courses will be completed online before departure.  Then we will meet significantly less in Italy and will spend our time applying the concepts to the Italian culture.
