Travel with a Purpose

As a study abroad student & backpacker I made lots of mistakes.  I had fun and saw a ton, but had few meaningful interactions while abroad.

October 30th at 6p in WALC 2007, I’m holding an orientation session for those who want to learn from my mistakes.  Come for tips to save time, money & energy; to start thinking differently about tourism, and to determine the purpose behind your travels.

Topics include: Youth Hostels, Budget Airlines, Rail Passes, Packing, Tourist vs Traveler, Public Transit, going solo, and more.
